Fleetmatics announced that it is an official sponsor of the 2016 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, which runs March 11-13 through the streets of downtown St. Petersburg, FL.
Fleetmatics Reveal will be deployed on 25 construction fleet vehicles used to build and dismantle the street course. The software monitors fleet locations and driving behavior, and tracks vehicle speed, mileage and fuel usage. The data collected during the construction will be used by owners of the annual event to assist in future builds for races throughout the country.
