BorgWarner Thermal Systems names Daniel Paterra president & GM

Daniel Paterra has been named president and general manager of BorgWarner Thermal Systems.

Paterra began his career at BorgWarner in 1994, holding a variety of positions of increasing responsibility including vice president of manufacturing and quality, vice president/general manager for European operations and DualTronic, vice president/general manager for friction and mechanical products in North America and China, and plant manager at two locations.

He rejoined BorgWarner after a short period at CooperStandard, where he led 11 manufacturing facilities in North America as the senior director of operations.

Prior to joining BorgWarner, Paterra worked for Federal Mogul and Rockwell International in manufacturing engineering and operations.
