FleetPride acquires VT, NY Charlebois Truck Parts locations

FleetPride announced it acquired the assets of Charlebois Truck Parts locations owned by Roger Charlebois in the Vermont and New York markets.

FleetPride announced that it acquired the assets of Charlebois Truck Parts locations owned by Roger Charlebois in the Vermont and New York markets.

"As we have in the past, FleetPride continues to look for well run and strategic acquisitions.  Today we are pleased to announce the addition of the Charlebois Truck Parts Company and their talented employees to the FleetPride family," said Al Dragone, CEO of FleetPride. "At FleetPride we endeavor to be the first choice in Heavy Duty aftermarket truck parts."

The Charlebois Truck Parts acquisition builds upon FleetPride's growth in 2015 with sales that surpassed $1 billion, the company noted. With their Burlington, Rutland, Swanton, VT and Plattsburgh, NY locations added to FleetPride's northeastern U.S. network of 79 locations, customers will have access to FleetPride's national parts inventory, heavy duty expertise and efficient distribution network.
