Fleetowner 4041 New Fontaine Homepage

Fontaine Modification redesigns website

April 15, 2014

Fontaine Modification has redesigned its website to make it more visually appealing, easier to use, and better optimized for mobile devices, it said.

The new fontainemod.com also provides a more in-depth look at the services available from Fontaine’s two newest business units, Fontaine Modification Fleet Services and Fontaine Modification Vocational Services.  The new business units were added in January to provide greater efficiency for customers in key market segments, the company said.

On the website, each business unit has its own dedicated page with a full list of available vehicle modifications. The site uses more than 50 modification photos, plus images of employees at work and a before-and-after truck modification slideshow, to showcase Fontaine’s capabilities.

“Instead of just updating the site to reflect the new business segments, we took the opportunity to overhaul everything with our customers’ needs in mind,” said Paul Kokalis, Fontaine Modification president. “The new website lists features and benefits for all our modification services, including chassis modifications, cab modifications, alternative fuel installations and more, so potential users can see what is available. New contact forms will streamline communications and the new layout is clear and easy to use.”

Each of Fontaine’s modification centers now has an individual page within the site. The modification center pages include facility manager contact information, Google Maps-based maps and descriptions of each facility’s capabilities. Most also include a photo of the facility.

Large images on the homepage rotate to show a variety of vehicles before and after receiving modifications from Fontaine. The slideshow highlights Fontaine’s steering modifications, auxiliary power unit installations, fleet decal services and low-roof auto hauler conversions. A video embedded at the bottom of the page shows employees talking candidly about what they do at Fontaine and their commitment to service.

New contact pages have also been created for staff members with separate pages for the parts department, warranty information, each business unit and the Fontaine Modification Innovation Center, ensuring all inquiries go to the correct people.
