The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has released two new tires--the Unisteel G149 RSA RH for on-highway applications, and the Unisteel G150 HSA for school bus and city or “neighborhood” driving applications.

According to the company, the G149 is “tuned” for longer wear on urban streets and highways. The G150 uses special compounds for high-scrub wear encountered by buses and P&D trucks, and also features sidewall protector ribs.

Both tires are available in 11R22.5 sizes in G and H load ratings, with their Unisteel casings featuring four full belts for tread support, Goodyear said.
