Isuzu Commercial Truck of America has introduced its 2008 gas-powered Isuzu N-Series low cab forward truck, featuring a 325 hp Vortec 6.0L V8 engine and a Hydra-Matic 4- speed automatic transmission.

The truck is available in four different wheelbases and accommodates bodies from 10 to 20-ft long and body/payload combinations anywhere from 6,829 to 9,411 lbs. The cab has increased head and shoulder room as well as greater rust and corrosion protection, said the OEM.

"The 2008 gas-powered Isuzu N-Series is the perfect solution for businesses who drive trucks 30,000 miles or less each year," said Joe Totaro, executive vp and gm, Isuzu Commercial Truck of America. "The initial cost is lower than a diesel truck, plus drivers can enjoy the convenience of gas and the maneuverability of a low cab forward."
