Jay Pagano named general manager of GPN

Jay Pagano has been named general manager of Global Parts Network (GPN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VIPAR Heavy Duty. Pagano will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of the Global Parts Network business plan.

According to the company, Pagano has more than 46 years of experience in the heavy-duty aftermarket, including the past 25 years with VIPAR Heavy Duty. Pagano was first a stockholder and then an employee, filling a variety of roles with the organization. Most recently Pagano was senior director of business development for GPN in the eastern half of the U.S. and Canada.

“Jay’s experience, long-term relationships with stockholders and suppliers, overall product knowledge and in-depth understanding of the brake business are an asset not only to GPN, but also to our distributors and suppliers,” said Chris Baer, executive vice president, VIPAR Heavy Duty. “These qualities make Jay a great fit to lead the operations of Global Parts Network.”
