Mack Trucks is selling its office complex in Allentown, PA to New Jersey based-J.G. Petrucci Co, who will lease it back to the truckmaker while it completes its headquarters relocation to Greensboro, NC, scheduled to be completed sometime next year, The Morning Call reported.

Mack announced last summer a restructuring plan that included moving its administrative headquarters to Greensboro while transferring assembly of all highway vehicles to Macungie, PA. The move allowed Mack to combine support functions with its sister OEM, Volvo Trucks North America.

The company has operated manufacturing facilities in Allentown since 1905, with the company’s headquarters moving to the city in 1965.
