Fleetowner 6274 Spanish Art Trailer

Moving works of art

April 7, 2016

In the U.S., many companies use the side of their trailers to promote their brand. In Spain, an artist is using trailers to promote art. The Truck Art Project was conceived by Spanish businessman and collector Jaime Colsa. He designed the project as a “living showcase of the latest trends in painting, drawing and urban art in our country.” The project includes 10 trailers and seven artists currently, but Colsa envisions up to 100 trailers eventually being so adorned. Pictured is a design by artist Okuda San Miguel. Visit truck-art-project.com.
