A new LED work lamp from Hella uses less electricity than standard halogen work lamps and 3,000 lumens of power.

The Hella Power Beam 3000 LED work lamp requires only 43 watts of power, the company said, to power 16 long-lasting LEDs to create a powerful white light. It is available in both close and long-range illumination models.

The lamp’s free form reflector technology delivers more light output and a more precise beam placement than conventional lamps, Hella said. It has a 60,000-hour expected lifespan.

To protect against overheating, the Power Beam 3000 uses a specially developed integrated thermal sensor and built-in overvoltage and reverse polarity protection. The Power Beam's housing is made of tough die cast aluminum for light weight and heat dissipation and is mounted with a stainless steel bracket.

The Power Beam 3000 has a multi-volt operating range from 9 - 33V.
