NTN Brower expands wheel end bearing line

May 27, 2014

NTN Brower has expanded its line of wheel end bearings to include the pre-adjusted hub bearing sets. The line will include sets that range from SET427 to SET432.

The new line allows installers to achieve the proper wheel bearing end-play, eliminating the need for manual bearing adjustment, the company said. The repeatability of the bearings’ tighter tolerances along with case carburization provides optimum seal and bearing life. Additionally, NTN’s pre-adjusted hub bearing sets enable installers to re-use the current OE spacer to increase maintenance intervals and reduce fleet down time.

Like offer wheel bearings, the new pre-adjusted hub bearing sets feature super-finished rollers and raceways, shock resistant properties, and longer service life.
