Phillips and Temro Industries acquire Arctic Fox

Arctic Fox, a supplier of fuel and fluid heating products and systems, has been acquired by Phillips & Temro Industries (PTI) from private equity firm North River Capital. Terms were not disclosed.

Arctic Fox is a leading supplier of heating products, heating systems and contract manufacturing for the heavy duty truck, energy and off-road markets,” said Butch Sumpter, president & CEO of PTI. “We look forward to working with the Arctic Fox team to create further value for our customers, suppliers and employees.”

Phillips & Temro Industries is headquartered in Eden Prairie, MN. Arctic Fox is in Delano, MN.
