Ram gets its orange on

Ram Truck, a division of Fiat Chrysler, is adding a unique and very bright limited edition color to its Ram 1500 pickup line: the Ram 1500 Ignition Orange Sport.

Bob Hegbloom, president and CEO of Ram, said the limited edition Ignition Orange Sport model—as well as a Black Sport color, too—are available in crew cab 4x2 and 4x4 configuration and come standard with a 395-hp. Hemi V8 gasoline engine, 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission, 3.92 gear set, dual exhaust, vented sport hood, and 20-in. wheels.

The Ram 1500 Ignition Orange and Black Sport packages add $1,595 to the base sticker of $41,020 for the sport crew cab 4x2 configuration.
