July 2, 2012

Full-service truck leasing company NationaLease has launched a new Road Rescue program for its members. The Road Rescue program includes a state-of-the-art call center staffed with maintenance coordinators trained to deal with commercial truck maintenance issues, the company said.

“We launched the Road Rescue program to coordinate truck or trailer breakdown in situations where drivers need instant truck maintenance and trailer service and repair,” said Dean Vicha, president. “Now we have enhanced that level of service regardless of location or time of day with one simple phone call.”

The NationaLease Road Rescue call center has access to thousands of pre-qualified service providers across North America.
