Trail King unveils dump trailer, launches new parts database

LOUISVILLE. Specialized trailing manufacturer Trail King Industries is reintroducing a steel end dump model to its lineup. The announcement was made this week at the Mid-America Trucking Show.

The steel end dump, model TKSHR32, is designed to haul sand, gravel, demolition or rip rap and features abrasion resistant steel, inverted angle designed top rail, and a high lift tail gate. Improved stability and a maximized footprint are achieved with a lower center of gravity, Trail King said.

A 24 in. flat floor structural design allows the trailer to haul increased payload amounts.

“Trail King has never been a company that shies away from filling a need that the market demands,” said Rick Farris, Trail King’s vice president of sales and marketing.  “Extensive research has determined that the steel end dump is an essential component of the materials hauling industry’s current needs. Now, Trail King offers a complete line of products to our customers that support specific markets and varying regulatory requirements.”

The company is launching a new parts database to support its goal of expanding its aftermarket and offerings and improving customer service.

Company representatives are on hand this week at the Mid-America Trucking Show here to promote the new support tool.

The Peak Performance Parts system provides 24/7 access to over 10,000 on-hand parts and includes a variety of online tools to  ensure convenient and efficient ordering, the company said. Authorized Trail King Certified Dealers, fleets, and service facilities have immediate access to up-to-date parts information, same-day shipping and live online support.

The parts database can be accessed at www.trailkingparts.com

“Trail King now offers a comprehensive trifecta with an extensive parts database and distribution system, world-class products, and outstanding service,” said Rick Farris, Trail King’s vice president of sales & marketing. “We are thrilled to be able to offer customers a solution to all of their specialty trailer needs at any stage of their trailer’s life.  We’re essentially a premium one-stop shop that extends the life and revenue-generating capabilities of a trailer.”
