What’s an even more reliable sign of the approaching spring than groundhog Punxsutawney Phil? It’s Truck Day for Major League Baseball clubs, an annual rite of packing up the gear and shipping everything a team needs for several weeks of spring training and exhibition games in Florida and Arizona.

The gallery above features tweets from the teams and fans in honor of the occasion. Some clubs have much further to travel than others, and some make a bigger deal of it. A few are just now packing up, several are in transit, and many are already settled in at their spring homes.
