Compli names vp of sales and marketing

Human resource and compliance management software supplier Compli has named Jason Porter vice president of sales and marketing.

Porter will lead the sales team and will be charged with expanding and diversifying the staff, Compli said.

Porter will also oversee the marketing and sales initiatives for Compli’s newest compliance solution, Compli Portfolio. Portfolio was previewed at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics’ annual national conference in October and is being officially introduced at the 2013 National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA) Convention & Expo.  Portfolio allows companies to manage their compliance obligation management responsibilities and simplify their regulatory reporting.

“Jason has proven to be a sales powerhouse, increasing the revenue and sales for his previous companies by large margins, while also building better customer service and employee satisfaction,” said David Childers, CEO. “We look forward to utilizing his tenacity and expertise to spearhead our growth.”

 Porter brings to more than 18 years of sales experience with corporations including Cintas, Aegis Living and most recently ID Experts to the job.  During his tenure with ID Experts, the company was awarded the No. 32 ranking in the Inc. 500 for private company growth and was recognized as the second fastest growing company in the Pacific Northwest by the Portland Business Journal.
