March 13, 2015

Driving Dynamics has named Ben Langley director of training services. Langley joined the driver safety training and fleet risk management services company in 2013 as a consultant, serving as the editor of The Driver Advantage safe driving e-newsletter.

During that time he also worked closely with the company’s leadership team to help improve existing services, research and develop new programs and support business development efforts, the company said..

In his new role, Langley will manage a national team of behind-the-wheel instructors and oversee the development and logistics for all training services, which include behind-the-wheel, online learning and specialty programs to ensure quality, consistency and exceptional customer experience.

“We’re looking forward to having Ben join our management team and add his more than twenty-five years of progressive administrative, organizational, HR, DOT and driver safety leadership expertise to the collective knowledge of our organization.” Ben’s accomplishments at Driving Dynamics as a consultant, along with his robust background made him the right choice for the director of training services position,” said Art Liggio, president.

Langley is the founder and president of Safety Wins Inc. an OSHA grant recipient and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to reducing motor vehicle crashes by delivering high-energy awareness programs to adult and teen drivers through national and regional campaigns.

During the past nine years, Langley has been the director of employee relations at Deer Valley Homebuilders, Inc. in Guin AL. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as the director of safety for Cavalier Homebuilders, Inc. in Addison, AL.
