Full-service fleet maintenance company formed

Nov. 26, 2012

Created to take some of the hassle out of managing a fleet, Driven Fleet Solutions is a nationwide, full-service fleet maintenance company. Driven offers a suite of maintenance services that it said will improve vehicle uptime and decrease maintenance costs.

“While there are many factors that contribute to the operating expense of a fleet, maintenance costs continue to rise and have become a significant pain point for the trucking industry,” said Michael Parks, founder and managing partner. “Whether building a fleet from the ground up or trying to maximize the performance of an aging fleet, Driven was created to ensure optimal fleet performance and uptime so that maintenance never stands in the way of profits.”

Driven offers the “Driven Difference,” which it said ensures users of the service deal with experts, not salespeople, and receive a “true cost advantage over any existing program, maximizing efficiencies at all levels of fleet maintenance.”

The company also said it would provide customized solutions to meet unique client needs, Driven Preferred Price when purchasing parts to ensure that customers receive the best prices, and a “long-term strategic approach that will allow for predictability of cost and performance.”

Among the services offered by Driven are:

  • Vehicle specs
