Hydrotex adds vp of business development, fuel specialist

Phillip Kramer has been named vice president of business development and Matthew Peebles has been hired as a fuel specialist for Hydrotex, a manufacturer and distributor of high performance lubricant and fuel improver solutions.

Kramer has over 20 years of experience in strategic business development and planning initiatives for high technology companies such as Nokia, McAfee and Samsung; where he served in the roles of vice president of strategic planning and vice president of alliance development. Previously, Kramer owned a hazardous materials decommissioning and disposal company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Peebles is responsible for testing and tracking diesel fuel quality as part of the fuel management program.
