Troy, IL-based Truck Centers Inc. (TCI), a dealer network for Freightliner and Western Star, recently hosted its first company can drive to benefit the largest supplier of food products to shelters and food banks in the St. Louis bi-state area, Operation Food Search (OFS). The company's Troy headquarters kicked off a one-month can drive for OFS, which is also a TCI customer, since the recent economic downturn has resulted in a 20% increase in the demand for the organization's services.

The Troy team collected 1,162 cans that will each receive a $1 match from TCI for an additional $1,162 for OFS.
