Plug Power names CFO

Plug Power, a provider of clean energy products, has named Paul B. Middleton chief financial officer.  Middleton has a background in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, controls and risk management for manufacturing and technology companies, Plug Power said.

He most recently worked for Rogers Corp., holding a variety of senior financial roles over 12 years, including principal accounting officer, treasurer, and interim CFO.

“Paul has displayed a solid track record of growing companies and I’m confident his skills as a strategic financial leader will complement the efforts of Plug Power’s management team,” said Andy Marsh, CEO at Plug Power. “Furthermore, Paul is a passionate person who will inspire stakeholders both in and out of Plug Power.”
