Polar Service Centers names gm of Northeast region

Jerry Cignarella has been named general manager of the Northeast region for Polar Service Centers, a national network of tank trailer parts and service locations.

Cignarella comes to Polar from D&W Diesel, an engine components and tank equipment supplier. He will be responsible for Polar Service Center locations in West Chester, Pa., Bensalem, Pa., and Rahway, N.J., as well as Cherry Hill, N.J., which will open this summer.

“Jerry is a proven leader with more than 15 years of experience in the heavy-duty parts and service business,” said Mike Evans, president of Polar Service Centers. “His success managing multiple locations in the Northeast will be a real asset to our customers there. As our network expands, Jerry will ensure that Polar Service Center locations in the region are delivering the quality of service our customers expect.”
Polar Service Centers provide access to aftermarket parts and qualified technicians who can work on any brand of trailer, including tractor rig-outs and specialized tank-trailer customization are also provided, as well as pumping and metering systems.
