TCA webinar offers keys to growth & profitability

April 18, 2012

The Truckload Carriers Assn. is holding a webinar titled “Growth and Profitability: Driving a Culture of Success in Your Business,” to be held April 19 from noon to 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The webinar is designed to help fleet executives, human resources and recruiting directors and sales and operations managers develop a growth-oriented culture in their business.

“There are certain laws of physics that apply to any effort to move an object, and they apply to your effort to move your company to the next level,” TCA said. “Understanding them will provide you with a framework in which to develop and execute sales strategies, operational plans, customer relations, and other critical activities.  This webinar will cover the ins and outs of this framework, setting the stage for success in your business no matter what you set out to do.”

Topics of the webinar will include:

  • How to use this framework for any business initiative.
  • Strategies for creating a growth-oriented culture.
  • The basic elements needed to ensure higher probability of successful outcomes

Joel McGinley, managing director, TranStrategy Partners, Inc. is lead speaker for the interactive program, which will provide opportunities for participants to ask questions.

Cost for webinar participation is $169 for TCA members and $219 for non-members. Members can purchase webinar participation plus access to a recording of the program for one year for $248; price for the extended access is $328 for non-members.
