McLeod Software has introduced a new interface between its LoadMaster transportation management system and the Comdata MasterCard payment application.

Companies using the MasterCard will be able to streamline the accounting and reporting process. Through Comdata’s website, IConnectdata.com, financial transactions are reviewed before they are allocated to the appropriate general ledger account. At the end of the billing cycle, the data is downloaded to LoadMaster, where users can create new vouchers or ledgers as well as review past transaction data.

"Customers using the Comdata MasterCard payment application can leverage the LoadMaster interface to streamline accounting and reporting processes, eliminate redundant data entry and improve overall accuracy," said Robert Brothers, manager of product development at McLeod Software. "This integrated solution reduces paperwork and cycle time because the interface simplifies payment and the distribution of individual transactions to the general ledger.”
