McLeod Software, a provider of dispatch, accounting and enterprise management solutions for trucking and brokerage firms, will hold its annual Users' Conference October 3-6 at The Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham, AL.

The firm said the meeting will feature guest speakers Jim O'Neal, TCA chairman and president of O & S Trucking, and American Trucking Assns. chief economist, Bob Costello. This year's conference will not only provide McLeod Software users with additional education on its products and services, but will also provide a first-hand look at significant new software developments, McLeod stated.

In keeping with the meeting’s theme of 'Staying Ahead of the Curve', McLeod said it will demonstrate new products and modules, including: updated versions of its LoadMaster and PowerBroker software programs, new document imaging automation products, EDI enhancements and new interfaces to more industry partners. The Users' Conference will be the first time many of these products will be publicly introduced, the company noted.

Educational sessions and hands-on training on the new ACE E-manifest border module as well as several breakout sessions conducted by McLeod partners and product users will be held throughout the conference.
