The product's overall goal is to improve driver loyalty to a company and improve driver retention, according to the developer.

DriverSeat will allow the carrier to give drivers individualized access to information on past and pending pay, view and request pending loads, submit requests for time off, read company news, and watch training videos.

It will also provide personal services to the driver, such as appointment calendars, favorite web links and news feeds, photo galleries, access to personal email, and customizable links to weather, traffic and fuel price information.
