Jay Coughlan is the new chairman and CEO of Minneapolis-based Xata Corp., replacing Craig Fawcett. Fawcett is returning to his former employer, heavy equipment maker Deere & Company. Coughlan, previously president & CEO of Lawson Software, is in charge of Xata'x overall strategic direction and management, and increasing the company's visibility on Wall Street.

The ALK FleetSuite Tolls application has been added to the Freight-Link Transportation Management System from Creative Systems Corp. The integration will allow Freight-Link users to more easily price lanes and reimburse drivers for toll expenses. www.alk.com
