A new all-in-one unit will drain, pressure test, and refill coolant systems to save time, reduce or eliminate air pockets, and contribute to green shop initiatives, K-Line Industries said. It also prevents unwanted mixing of coolants.
The system includes a 20-gal. tank and cart assembly on wheels, a coolant reservoir cap adapter, vacuum and pressure modules.
According to the company, after it is attached to the truck's cooling system, clean shop air is utilized to “blow” coolant out of the system and into the unit's tank. After checking pressure, the coolant is returned to the vehicle. www.toolsource.com
