FreightPlace is a free Web-based application that allows carriers to search for backhaul loads available through Schneider Brokerage, a division of Schneider National Inc.
Carriers can use the new service to anonymously view in real-time potential loads that match their available capacity. For registered users, FreightPlace will also monitor all new loads posted and automatically match available capacity as loads are entered. Once a load is identified, the new application connects the carrier to Schneider's freight brokerage via an online chat.
