Tire manufacturer Goodyear is reorganizing its North American operations to focus on several distinct market segments: commercial, consumer replacement, consumer original equipment (OE), farm and retail. The commercial tire division will be headed by Ted Fick, who comes to Goodyear from Hino Diesel Truck. As vp-commercial systems, Fick will oversee all commercial original equipment and replacement business.
To streamline operations, several functional responsibilities are being consolidated under the new position of vp-operations, manufacturing and supply chain. John Loulan, has been named to fill this slot.
