Various units of Marmon Highway Technologies have introduced several new products. They include the following: Marmon-Herrington rolled out its Low Floor front wheel steer/drive system. The company said the system allows the floor of a truck, trailer or bus to be positioned at the right height for any application, down to as low as 14 in.. The Stabil-Air air suspension from Detroit Steel Products.

  • Marmon-Herrington rolled out its Low Floor front wheel steer/drive system. The company said the system allows the floor of a truck, trailer or bus to be positioned at the right height for any application, down to as low as 14 in..

  • The Stabil-Air “value-priced” air suspension from Detroit Steel Products. The company said it provides exceptional ride and handling and straight-line stability.

  • Fontaine International has released its 3000 Series fifth wheel, described as a low-cost, low-maintenance model that offers vertical-load capacity of 45,000 lb. and drawbar pull capacity of 150,000 lb.

  • Also from Fontaine International s its new Low Lube 7000 Series fifth wheel, which requires no lubrication on the top-plate mating surface.

  • Fontaine Modification is offering an auto hauler package that modifies the OEM chassis to reduce overall vehicle height. Yet the design provides more “load location flexibility” to allow higher SUVs to be loaded over the cab.
