The FreightPro is a sheet-and-post design engineered to provide the lowest cost of ownership of any dry van, said Wabash. It features corrosion-resistant DuraPlate rear doors that the maker says eliminate the problems of plymetal doors; recessed front-corner marker lights to reduce light-replacement costs; and standard air-ride suspension and premium brakes.
The DuraPlate HD, according to Wabash, combines the advantages of an aluminum plate trailer with those of a DuraPlate for strength and durability. It was developed for the “most abusive” applications, such as automotive, tire and carpet hauling. The new trailer features DuraPlate sidewalls and a post-less and seamless interior.
