CargoWise edi has appointed Holly Scott as its customer service manager-Americas. Based out of the company’s Chicago office, Scott will manage the customer service department.
Scott has 11 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, most recently working for ABX Logistics as IT support and training manager before moving into a project management role responsible for warehouse management system implementations.
“I am pleased to join the CargoWise edi team and look forward to working closely with new and existing customers to ensure their customer service and support expectations continue to be met and exceeded,” said Scott. “I will be interfacing directly with other teams to identify and implement strategies for staff training and development, improved customer focus and increased productivity in order to enhance and strengthen our current service provisions."
