Con-way Freight has been honored by CivilianJobs.com as one of 2010's “most valuable employers” (MVE) for current and former military personnel. Con-way joined other freight companies on the winners' roster, including BNSF Railway Co. and CSX Corp. “I would like to congratulate all of the MVE award recipients,” said Sandra “Sandy” Morris, CEO of Bradley-Morris Inc., the parent company of CivilianJobs.com. “Each MVE company understands the value that military-experienced talent brings to their organization.” MVE winners are selected based on surveys in which employers outlined their 2010 recruiting, training and retention plans aimed at serving military service members and veterans.
