FleetPride Inc. has purchased the assets of Pro Truck & Trailer Supply, including a 21,000-sq.-ft. retail and warehouse facility in Lubbock, TX.
Pro Truck, owned by Gary and Sandra Ball, has served the heavy-duty industry in West Texas since 1990, and Gary Ball will stay on as branch manager. The location is the 15th in Texas for FleetPride, a nationwide supplier of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts with 187 locations in 39 states.
"This strategic acquisition is consistent with our approach to expanding our national footprint," said Mike Paxton, vp of business development & strategic planning. "Entering the Lubbock market will strengthen our presence in West Texas, give us the capacity we need to meet increased demand, and ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with the quality of service that has become the cornerstone of FleetPride's reputation."
