Hendrickson has announced the promotion of Gary E. Gerstenslager, formerly president & chief operating officer, to president & CEO. In his new post, Gerstenslager will have complete global responsibility for the management of Hendrickson’s business interests.

Gerstenslager will report to Matthew J. Boler, newly named president & CEO of The Boler Company, parent firm of Hendrickson. John Boler remains as chairman of the board of The Boler Company.

Hendrickson, based in Itasca, IL, has produced suspensions, axles, bumpers, and springs for the commercial transportation industry for over 90 years.
