Dana Corp. has named Michael Burns to succeed the late Joe Magliochetti as CEO, president and director of the company. Glen Hiner will continue as acting chairman of the board. Bill Carroll, acting president and COO, retired March 1. TSE Brakes announced that Ted Smith will now serve as chairman of the board; Greg Smith is promoted to president; and Rod Richardson is named vp-sales/business development;
