Fikes Truck Line has appointed Gary Salisbury president and CEO, replacing owner and former president Jim Smith, who will continue to serve as chairman of the board. In addition, Jerry Davis has been promoted to exec. vp. Anthony Henson has been hired as director of North American operations for refuse and recycling truck manufacturer Heil Environmental.   • Anthony Henson has been hired as director of North American operations for refuse and recycling truck manufacturer Heil Environmental.

  • Hendrickson has appointed Nirmal Tolani director of business development of Hendrickson International Operations. John Parr has been named vp of international business development, where he will play an integral role in the company's business strategy and global marketplace activity.

  • Continental Automotive Americas has named Paul Williams exec. vp of Commercial Vehicle Tires for the Americas.

  • East Manufacturing announced the promotions of Gary Brown and Cam Weese. Brown was named vp of manufacturing while Weese has been promoted to plant superintendent.

  • Dave Smith has been appointed to the post of senior vp for Hunter Engineering. Also, Beau Brauer has been named vp of marketing.

  • Fontaine International has appointed Emma Thompson vp of finance. The company also announced that Paige Dahlke has been named controller of Fontaine Parts Connection, where she will manage the aftermarket company's U.S. and Canadian financial operations.

  • Trincon Group has named James Swain marketing services and sales manager. Swain will focus on Trincon's sales plan development.

  • Martin Duffy has been appointed to the position of general manager-Americas for Thermo King Corp.'s HVAC operations. He is responsible for sales, marketing, service and product management for the company's transit, shuttle and coach business.

  • Roy Schijns has been named vp of sales-PC*Miler for ALK Technologies. Schijns previously worked with AT&T in global marketing.
