Fleet Owner Publisher Tom Duncan has announced that Reggie Lawrence has assumed the position of National Sales Manager and Tom Neil has been promoted to the new position of Group Director of Integrated Media Sales. Lawrence, previously Southeast & Gulf States Regional Sales Manager, succeeds Steve Walsh, who has left to pursue a personal business opportunity.

According to Duncan, over the past eight years Lawrence has consistently been one of Fleet Owner's top producers and has been named the publication's “Salesman of the Year” three times in the last seven years. “In 2007,” said Duncan, “his billings set an all-time one-year record for the business. More impressive, that achievement came in one of the truck market's worst economic downturns in years,” Lawrence will retain his current Fleet Owner sales territory in addition to his new sales-management responsibilities. He will continue to be based in Atlanta and will report to Duncan.

In his new role, Neil will be looking to build mixed-media, multi-product opportunities for Fleet Owner and sister publications in the Ward's group.

“It is a position that leverages Tom's double-duty work of the last two years as the company's director of automotive sales, in which he developed and built integrated sales proposals and packages involving a range of our Penton titles. ” stated Duncan. “In addition, Tom will continue to serve his current Fleet Owner sales territory as Regional Sales Manager for Michigan, Ohio and Eastern Canada. Tom has been with Fleet Owner for 11 years and has been our ‘Salesman of the Year’ four of the last seven years.” Neil will remain based in Michigan and also will report to Duncan.
