CC Industries has acquired open deck and material hauling trailer manufacturer Trail King. Terms were not disclosed.
CC Industries is part of Henry Crown & Co. and is the holding and management company for the Crown family’s privately held companies, which includes Great Dane Trailers.

Trail King will continue to operate as a stand-alone entity, the company said. Carol Lowe will continue as the company’s president.
