Eaton names Davis to lead vehicle group

Kenneth Davis has been appointed president of Eaton Corp.’s Vehicle Group, effective January 1st. He will succeed Joseph Palchak, who will retire at the end of June, 2011

Kenneth Davis has been appointed president of Eaton Corp.’s Vehicle Group, effective January 1st. He will succeed Joseph Palchak, who will retire at the end of June, 2011.

Eaton noted Palchak will continue to report to Craig Arnold, Eaton’s vice chairman and COO of its industrial sector division, until his retirement, as well as assist with the presidential transition and work on specific projects as well.

In his new role, Davis will also report to Arnold and will be responsible for the company’s automotive and truck businesses. Davis’ current role as president – Americas for the vehicle group will not be filled, the company noted.
