“We’re transforming our group from a product-focused organization to a market-focused one," said Kenneth Davis, president of the Vehicle Group.

Most recently, Coll was director of sales for Eaton’s truck business in North America. He has held a variety of sales and aftermarket positions since joining Eaton in 2001. Prior to that, he was director of global channel marketing for the Cutler-Hammer Group.

Coll named the following executives to his global marketing leadership team:

• Bill Carter, director of sales & marketing functional excellence. Carter and his team will develop and deploy best practices, processes and tools for the Vehicle Group’s global sales and marketing organizations.
