Prior to joining J. J. Keller, Guest worked as the fleet safety manager for a heavy civil construction contractor operating in 25 states with a private fleet of 425 commercial vehicles.

His previous experience also includes fleet management, occupational safety, and risk management positions inside both large and small companies.
