Filter maker Luber-finer has launched social media sites on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, according to an announcement from parent Champion Laboratories. Filter maker Luber-finer has launched social media sites on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, according to an announcement from parent Champion Laboratories. The sites are intended to provide users and installers with quick access to information about its automotive, medium- and heavy-duty filtration products .

The Facebook and Twitter channels will be used for news and information, according to the company, while its YouTube site will offer instructional and informational videos. The LinkIn site will offer to connect interested parties in the industry, the company says.

“There’s no question that the creation of social media networks has changed the way we communicate, not only in our private lives but on a business level as well,” said John Casanova, VP marketing & sales. “We are confident that its new social media presence will enhance Luber-finer’s place in the markets it serves while strengthening our relationship with our channel partners, installers and end-users.”
