Marangoni Tread North America has added Leslie Tire Service, a second-generation independent tire dealer supplying eastern Michigan with tires and retreads for over 50 years, to the Marangoni Ringtread dealership network.
From its three locations in eastern Michigan plus an established wholesale distribution network, Leslie Tire also offers a full line of commercial truck, passenger, agricultural and industrial tires including Goodyear, Yokohama, and Toyo tires as well as powder coating and 24-hour road service.
“The Ringtread technology will allow us to compete with the other three major suppliers while differentiating ourselves from them with Splice-less technology,” noted Tracy Leslie, principal at Leslie Tire. “We are proud to offer our customers a full line of products and services to maintain their fleets and believe we now have an all-star line-up.”
Marangoni has been manufacturing and distributing its Ringtread in Europe since 1976. According to the company, Ringtread retreads can contribute from 1 to 3% in fuel savings, thanks to their splice-less and contoured design.
