Constance Lynn Beyer, a trucker who was reported missing on Sunday from a truck stop near Hot Springs, SD, has been found and returned safely to her family, the Fall River County Sheriff’s Office and the Division of Criminal Investigation reported to the Black Hill Pioneer.

Beyer, 58, was reported missing by her husband Lanny Beyer, 59, at about 4 a.m. Sunday morning. The team drivers had stopped for fuel at the Truckstop. She was last seen at 2 a.m. when she left the semi truck to use the facilities. At approximately 3:20 a.m. her husband woke to find she had not returned to the rig.

She was reportedly found near the truckstop Monday morning.

“At this point, we don’t suspect foul play,” Fall River County, SD, Sheriff Rich Mraz told Land Line magazine. “We are still doing some investigation, some follow-up, but she came back in and she was uninjured.”

Agencies that assisted in the search were the Fall River Sheriff’s Office, the Hot Springs Volunteer Fire Dept. and the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation.
