Penray names Laga president

The Penray Cos. has appointed Howard Laga to president in charge of the daily operations of the cooling and fuel systems treatment company

The Penray Cos. has appointed Howard Laga to president in charge of the daily operations of the cooling and fuel systems treatment company.

“All of us at Penray would like to congratulate Howard on his well-deserved promotion to president of Penray,” said owner Rod McKenzie. “This promotion reflects the fine work Howard has done to lead the Penray team through a very successful year, especially considering the significant issues reflected in our national economy. Howard has been with the company for more than 25 years and thanks to his dedicated service and outstanding performance, Penray has become a leader in the automotive and heavy-duty chemical industries. We look forward to many, many more years of continued success and growth.”

Laga, with Penray since 1983, most recently served as vp & gm. He has also held management positions in the automotive and heavy-duty divisions of the company.

He will also maintain management of the supply chain, from purchasing through manufacturing as well as all aspects of finance, information systems and sales and marketing, the company said.
