After being purchased by the Apollo Management equity fund last year, TNT Logistics has a new name, Ceva Logistics, and is welcoming a new CEO, John Pattullo. He will lead the company in the second half of 2007 after wrapping up his tenure as COO of the Europe-Middle East-Asia division of DHL Exel Supply Chain.

Dave Kulik, Ceva’s current CEO, plans to stay on in that position until Pattullo comes aboard, after which he’ll become Ceva’s vice chairman.

CEVA employs 38,000 people in 26 countries worldwide, maintains 567 warehouses globally with a combined space of approximately 7.4 million square meters, and generated sales of $4.5 billion in fiscal 2005.
