USF Glen Moore, an operating unit of YRC Regional Transportation, has appointed Phil Nelms and Tim Dull to key management positions. Nelms was named vp of operations and Dull was named manager of recruiting & orientation.

Nelms is a 38-year veteran of the trucking industry, having previously served in several senior management roles. Dull has spent most of his 20-year trucking career with YRC subsidiary Roadway, primarily in operations management and most recently in human resources, recruiting and training.

“Phil’s extensive experience in network planning and execution fit USF Glen Moore’s operational leadership needs very well,” said Gary Pruden, president of USF Glen Moore. “He is very familiar with our YRC Regional brands and commitment to exceptional service.

“We are very excited to have Tim join us from our sister company, Roadway,” continued Pruden. “Tim is well-suited for this very important strategic role as we elevate USF Glen Moore’s overall recruiting, retention, training and driver relations objectives.”

YRC Regional Transportation is comprised of New Penn, USF Holland, USF Reddaway, and USF Glen Moore. Together, these companies deliver nationwide services in the next-day, second-day and time-sensitive markets. Parent YRC Worldwide Inc. is the holding company for a portfolio of trucking operations that also includes Yellow Transportation and Roadway.
